Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 765lt platform. Continued use of this platform constitutes your acceptance of all provisions stated below.
1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and your account secure. 765lt will never ask for your password through any channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please notify our support team immediately.
765lt reserves the right to require additional identity verification at any time, including submission of valid identification documents, to ensure account security and compliance with current regulatory requirements.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
765lt users agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with Malaysian law and all applicable regulations. You agree not to:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or in any communication with the platform.
- Using automated software, bots, or other unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to defraud the payment system, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit any technical vulnerabilities on the platform.
- Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to use your account.
- Engaging in any action that compromises the security, integrity, or availability of the platform for other users.
Any breach of these rules may result in the following actions by 765lt:
- Official warning issued to user
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account closure
- Legal action will be taken if necessary
4. Payment Information & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 765lt platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your account come from legitimate sources and belong to you.
765lt supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, domestic bank transfers, and supported e-wallets. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set by the platform, which may vary depending on the payment method chosen.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified depending on the withdrawal method selected. 765lt reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests that require further verification for security or compliance reasons. Any attempt to launder money or conduct suspicious financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Where funds have been credited to your account in error due to a technical fault, 765lt reserves the right to correct the error by debiting the relevant amount from your account without prior notice.
5. Limitation of Liability & Account Policy
765lt is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond the platform's control.
The 765lt platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding service continuity or accuracy. Users acknowledge that use of the platform is at their own risk.
Account Suspension and Closure: 765lt reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at our sole discretion, including in cases of fraud, breach of terms, suspicious activity, or upon request by authorities. In the event of a legitimate closure, any verified remaining balance will be returned via an appropriate method, subject to standard processing periods.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
All content on the 765lt platform — including logos, graphics, text, layout, software, and design elements — is the exclusive property of 765lt or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Our platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 765lt is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Such links are provided for convenience only and do not imply our endorsement or approval.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
